Hello,
We have a task to work on something similar to Tripadvisor to embed a listing on a remote site. We will update here once we have implemented it. We don’t have a schedule for it, but, for a future version.
The options to disable that are in the Location manager tab
GD – Settings – Locations tab – Show advanced – Detail and archive URLs

Write a review buttons are usually added on the Details page as a link to the #reviews tab of the page.
I don’t see anything relevant in the file
GD is designed to be used in the frontend so you can forbid/restrict users from access to the backend. That is done by denying access to the backend by role in the GD Settings (General Tab). We do not provide additional features or customizations for hiding other menu items, only this particular feature that forbids users from entering the backend.
If you want to place the button in the tab, you do that by adding a shortcode for the GD Ninja Form in the tabs UI.

Try changing the location back to the same city in new jersey to edit those listings and see them on the map.
The free plugin enables a single city directory.Should be today
We have a fix for this, let me check when the new version will be available. When it is, install and let us know if the issue is fixed.
