You would need to set the layout for Grid 2.
Most plugins like that will work, but they will of course only have access to basic data like post title and URL by default, additional fields requiring some custom glue code.

About the location, this is on purpose that GD doesn’t load scripts on non-GD pages, and a workaround would be a customization.
Kleo authors originally wrote CSS to apply additional formatting to GDV1. Some CSS is required to achieve the same with GDV2.
For example, you can use the GD Post Ratings in the archive item and set it to alignment right, but you would also need to use CSS to limit the width of items on the left to give the ratings space in the right hand side.
The Kleo authors have promised ‘compatibility’ with V2 but it is unclear what they meant by that. We have several members who have already deployed live GDV2 sites with Kleo with some CSS.
When it comes to the map layout, that is a feature you would best discuss with the Kleo authors.
I just loaded on mobile and I see the images. There is a setting in the GD Post Images for “ajax load” in the archive item that you can disable if you are experiencing issues.
Please share FTP and WP Admin again so we can debug that theme title issue.
