2. No, but your key is not exposed, it is only used on the backend. The Other key is declared on the frontend and can be restricted.
3. It’s fine.I took a look at the site, can you point out where the form appears and where it is setup?

No, lat/lon is not required. You will get the best results with a google geocoding key.

Instead, export current listings, merge data into that CSV without changing columns, and then import.
