Those settings look correct.Unfortunately you will need to contact your support for that app, though, in order to get help with the configuration.

that is the autocomplete option for the search for field. It will show categories and listing titles.
You can disable that in the Advance Search tab (settings)

With the GD Pricing Manager, inside the package you can choose which categories and how many.

The Pricing Manager package settings also have an option for the max characters in the main post_content Description field.
For other fields, you can use ‘validation’ on text fields, but not text areas. See this doc for more info:

Better than hiding it you could create your own category navigation with a builder, have you tried that?
Try disabling non-GD addons one by one to discover the cause of the issue. It is most likely a plugin conflict, as you surmise.

Ah, adjust the GD Post Images. Tat means make a new shortcode that has the image as ‘contain’ instead of ‘cover’.

Well, I don’t think what you are looking for exists yet, so, it will have to be built custom.
