You have posted in GDV1 forum. Are you using GDV1?
The CPT selector is created automatically when you have more than one CPT.
To add a CPT with GDV1, go to
GD – Settings – Custom Post Types – Add new
Add a listing or dummy content
Then every search bar will show the CPT select.
You can add a map to the Archive page template, which is what shows on category listing pages. Just add a GD Map element. You can leave the map type on auto or set to archive and try out the advanced options.
Each CPT can have a different template, so you can make one for events that doesn’t have a map.
You can set the template in the CPT Settings
Seems ok now, cache perhaps?
I am unable to login with those credentials.

V2 issues should be posted to a v2 forum, and into the subforum for the addon.Social Importer V2 is here:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/1. Try changing the name of the tab before adding a new one.
2. If you filter by category, you can test it by adding another listing in the same category and same location (if you are also filtering by location).Hello,
I have loaded the current V2 latest.
You can upgrade now, or restore V1 Location Manager and GDV1.
Do you have a backup? Can you restore it?
I think Stiofan meant that you would need to swap out new IDs for old in the CSV.
That is why there are sortable archive pages for each category.
Hello,
I keep getting an error of ‘connection reset’ when trying to load backend pages. I was able to login but havn’t been able to load a page to check additional settings.
I would recommend you proceed with a more complete conflict test and try disabling additional plugins there are several errors in the console that could be causing problems with the map including JS errors from doubleclick.
Try disabling the ads plugin or addressing those errors first and disabling additional plugins to see if you can identify the plugin causing the problem to narrow it down.
You should also consider a more robust host because after 15 minutes I still cannot get a page on the backend to load.

Sorting options do not apply to search results. Search results are always sorted by search relevance.
Try creating a new page, set is as the GD search page, and then set the page with Elementor as the Search page archive layout.
The map works on the sidebar of the search at /gd-search
Google is saying you don’t have billing setup for the site. They show this error on your site:
We have a doc about Map API setup here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/integrations/google/#easy
please share WP Admin in a private reply and we will check further
Hello,
for the search page you will need Elementor pro to assign the page to the search archive.
for width of ayouts/templates or include/exclude sidebars, those are part of your theme or depend on the page builder settings.
For the small listing excerpts you can edit the archive item. See this video for more info:
