Guust is right, with GDV2 you could use a Custom Field, and then display a specific to the value chosen, similar to our featured listings example here:

For plugins like this, it is nice when they offer general CPT options as well as shortcodes. Instead of using general page settings you can use their shortcode wherever you want. Because it offers shortcodes, try:

Turn off facebook comments for that CPT
Removing the reviews tab from one CPT
Create a new Tab called “Reviews” with the Fieldset field (in the Tabs UI)
Add a shortcode field to the new review tab
Add the plugin shortcode for comments to the shortcode custom field

Otherwise you may need to contact the plugin author to inquire about how to get it to load the way you want.
