I am going to flag this for the developers who will advise you on the best way to proceed asap.
Make sure you added the Is Claimed field to the CPT. See the doc here:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/addons/claim/You could add the dish as a separate listing, linked to the restaurant.
Then you could have reviews on the dish.
You would use the custom post types addon to do that.

you can add the license on the plugins page, but first you need to install WP Easy Updates to keep your addon up to date.
