The sidebar map is correct, yes.
You can either remove the GD Map tab from the Tabs config or use a shortcode with the same settings as the sidebar widget.
One of the maps should be removed, though, only one map per page.
If the package is featured then all franchises will be featured, too.
No, that is not possible without custom code. It is the nature of the feature that they do not cross-over. Each taxonomy is distinct.
Good, glad to hear it.
They import fine for me. The only difference might be that I opened the CSV in Libre Office and saved it as a different file from there. There could be artifacts from the program you are using.

Excellent, thanks for letting us know.
I have added some examples here:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/faq/common-examples/#gd_add_listingMarch 24, 2020 at 8:24 pm in reply to: Change "Read More…" text on search results pages, and change listing snippet #536576Hello,
you can do that yourself by editing the GD Archive item template.
Find the shortcode that looks like this, and replace it with the one below:
[gd_post_content key="post_content" limit="60" read_more="Read More..." alignment="right" strip_tags="1"]
Use the shortcode builder to make your own:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/shortcode-builder/
That looks like you might have GD Post Meta in the sidebar, too, as opposed to an issue with GD Post Images.
If we need to check the settings please share WP Admin credentials in a private reply.
Is the site in maintenance mode?
If it is, try disabling and retry.
If that isn’t the issue please write back with WP Admin credentials in a private reply so we can check on the issue. We will also check on it from this side, too while you gather credentials.
Hello,
the map is set for ‘auto’ so that the zoom is adjusted to automatically include all of the listings that are returned in the query on the page.
You can certainly set the zoom manually by editing the template file, but there isn’t a way to do that without changing the child template files directly.
The file to edit is described here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/themes/supreme/#all_posts
Hello,
UsersWP does have an activity addon: https://userswp.io/downloads/activity/
For groups/forums we recommend bbPress: https://userswp.io/downloads/bbpress-2/
You can use the WP.org plugin Widget Logic to target widgets for display on specific pages.

Is there something about the GeoDirectory BP Integration that isn’t working?
BP integration is for showing the tabs for listings on the BP profile. It creates those tabs there. That’s what we can provide support for and about.
If you have other questions about BP your best bet is to look at the BP docs produced by the plugin author. If those don’t help you can hire a developer to create the features you want.
March 24, 2020 at 6:27 pm in reply to: Category search list as checkboxes instead of dropdown #536555Hello,
you can show the options in the filters panel. Some fields can then be shown as a checkbox.
You can do that by configuring the fields in the Search tab in the Custom Post Type settings.
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/places/search/
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/addons/advanced-search/
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/design/gd_search/Hello,
you can certainly add the info as Custom Fields.
Another way of doing it would be to create a CPT for each of the product types. Then each business can add a listing with that product type and you can use the compare feature to compare them.
Please share WP Admin in case we need to take a look.
We will check into it on our side, too, while you get credentials posted. -
