I think you are using Supreme, so, please check the customizer to make sure you have enabled the sidebar settings as you want. Other than that you would need some custom code to glue a currency select field on to a number price field.

The address fields are required.
Have you tried with Open Street Map?There isn’t a GeoDirectory feature for that.
Where do you think it should display? Maybe the user profile?
To do that you would need to use UsersWP or another profile plugin.
