Here is a process to remedy that:

In the meantime you can download a pre-release copy here:
Yes
It should already be available on the Search tab in GDV2
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/addons/advanced-search/#selectWe recommend you use the location system that is built in, as opposed to creating tags or categories for locations.
Try starting with adding listings in each of the areas/neighbordhoods/cities you will be serving or focusing on, then, when using full location in the URL, check the location page to see the layout. Add widgets to the layout to show all the different CPTs or featured listings so the location page is robust.
Once yo uupgrade to GDV2 you can also make a type of ‘landing page’ using GD Listing and GD Map focused on a specific city, too, maybe with some special design or focused on a particular category.
If you have a list of locations you will serve, then you can also just as easily put links to the location pages into the menu.

Could be leftovers form the calendar plugin you have installed.
I changed the events slug to eventsx and it works. You can adjust that in the Custom Post Type settings, to change the slug.
You might need to uninstall that calendar plugin completely to remove the settings it seems to have stored. This reply has been marked as private.February 13, 2019 at 7:40 pm in reply to: Extra output location, display custom fields on details page #468753Sounds perfect

Please provide WP Admin login details and we will take a look at the events issue.
For categories you can find options under “Screen Options” in the WP Menus
WP – Appearance – Menus – Screen Options – Categories
You are writing in the GDV1 forum, so I assume you are asking about GDV1.
A feature like that will not be added to GDV1, but we are considering something like it for the future for GDV2.
GDV2 handles contact forms differently, using a 3rd party integration with Ninja Forms. Ninja forms may have some features to make this possible, too.
To track with analytics, you would need to add a custom class to the button, I would think, something that will be much easier to do with GDV2.
