The doc is here, just depends on how fast these things can be done. If you only have a couple listings it can take 30 minutes if everything is in place. If you want templates and layout and a new home page created it can take as long as you like, but that is personalization, not just the upgrade.
Do read these docs:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/installation/#convert
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/getting-started/
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/personalize/Please share WP Admin and login URL so we can check your settings
If users have a new ID on a new site, then the new id will need to mapped and assigned as the listing author.
We don’t have any tools besides listing import/export or other recommendations about how to do it. It is a pretty non-standard scenario.

2. Usually members use the menu links provided in the navigation: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/searching-and-browsing/Options are at GD – Design 0 Navigation, and then using the WP Menu system at WP – Appearance – Menua

This one works for me, to show 3 max.
So, you want logo to be required, and so you set that in the custom field “is required”?
And then, when you upload a logo, even though it is uploaded, it continues to say is required, have I got it right? Please share your site URL
Glad it is working for you 🙂
It will be in the next release.
Please provide FTP login

You will need to make the customization yourself or contact an independant developer.
You can find experts familiar with GD here:
You have left author and category blank amongst others, these are required.
If you will fill in a single test listing with the absolute minimum info, a title location and a category, then export and view the listing in the export you will see all of the info that is required. You can leave lat lon empty and GDV2 will attempt to GeoCode for you.
