Not at this time, though we do have that on our list of features that will be considered for future versions.
Make sure you use the GD > Ninja widget, not the one supplied by Ninja Forms.

We do not recommend deleting anything through PHPMyAdmin.
Perhaps it is a good time to reinstall?Make sure both themes are V2
