It looks like you have ‘Is Claimed” set as checked by default, try setting it to unchecked by default.
When I unchecked it when adding my test listing the claim button shows.
Did you add the widget to the sidebar?
If Pricing manager is installed, did you set packages to claim? If you would like us to check the settings please share WP Admin credentials and login URL in a private reply.
It is only shown on Classic editors – see https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/shortcode-builder/#where
That feature is really designed to be used with the Font Awesome icons.
Using the category header is more for use of the gd_categories on the Archive page.
Header images should usually be minimum 600*900The developers have been alerted and will provide an update here asap.
You will need to ask Enfold theme authors about the sidebar on mobile issue.

This one serves as an overview and introduction to the options:

A note about textareas v2 text fields.
Textarea fields do not have a validation setting, so you cannot include a text/character limit on them.
If you want to make use of smaller blurbs of text like that I would recommend you use a text field and then set a character limit on them. That way you can make sure your listing owners don’t put in so much text that your page layout will break.
Here is how to do that: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/places/custom/#validation
Great question!
We updated our docs on that subject to make the answer easier to find.
Thanks again for writing in!https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/translation/overview/#custom-fields
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/status/#translateWe are testing it now, and as soon as testing is done it will be released.
Generally speaking, and in this case, changes made to a package will only effect new listings created with with that package.
What is your goal, with the listings? If you want to expire them, you can just set them to your chosen expired status eg Draft.
We don’t provide support for 3rd party themes so you will probably want to hire a designer eventually to handle the writing of custom CSS for your site’s theme. We invite GD familiar developers to post their listing here, so, feel free to seek a web designer here if you want more detailed help with styles on your site: https://geodirectoryexperts.com/experts/
When you upgrade to V2, which you will probably want to do soon or at least in the next couple months, your theme will have more ‘voice’ in the styles applied to listings. If you have a lot of changes you want to make, converting to V2 first might be a good idea before you spend a lot of time on changes that may be irrelevant as soon as you upgrade.
About different memberships, this is usually done with pricing packages.
For example, you can create a new Custom Post Type called Villas and Tours, and then make special pricing packages that apply only to that post type. When using GD you will want to keep your plugins up to date. You have installed WP Easy Updates, and licensed the addons, but the plugins are out of date. Do keep them up to date to take advantage of fixes and upgrades we release often.
If you haven’t already, you should take some time to flip through our docs. Though the site is mostly setup, you will want to become familiar with the Custom Post Types addon and Pricing Manager, as well as basic features like Custom Fields so you can add value for your customers.
