You will need to find a way to keep your consumers from accessing the page that you set for the “Add Listing” page. That is the most common way that this type of restriction is implemented. You would need to look to your membership/access control plugin for how to do that. The add-listing page is just a WP Page.

If that listing is set to a recurring package, and was created before you installed invoicing, then no it will not expire automatically because Invoicing must receive a notification from the payment gateway associated with the subscription in order to set the listed to expired. Hope that makes sense.

I am not sure exactly what you are trying to do. If you want to show a widget on a page, add the widget to a widget area in the widget settings at
WordPress – Appearance – WidgetsIf you want a 3rd widget to show on a particular page, GeoDirectory does not provide any options for that, it would be based on your theme and the sidebars/widget areas of the theme.
If you are using Directory Starter or Supreme you have the option of using, for example, the Pages Sidebar, or the GD Sidebar: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/themes/supreme/#widget-areas
