Lots of pins. You might want to make the widget shorter.
Can you describe the issues you see?
Please share the URL so we can take a look.
Hello,
You can definitely add a custom field to show that the business is women owned.
See: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-place-settings/#customWe also recommend using GDV2 for a new site:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/try-geodirectory-v2/In which case the doc is here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/places/custom/
On your site you may want to hold the featured status in reserve, but usually it is part of the pricing package options and applied automatically to a listing.
When a user adds or pays for a listing, you can set the listing to pending or draft status so you can review it before it is published. Most people choose to publish them, though, directly, so that users can proceed along their way.
So, you could add a hidden custom field, for featured-women-owned-businesses? In that way you could decide who is featured or not, and the field could be used to sort the listings and show the special businesses first on the listing/archive pages.
You can change the name of “Places” to business, but you could also just make a new post type called Businesses. You can change the name with the options in the Custom Post Type addon.
With GDV2 you can create a “Badge” to highlight listings that are women owned. On this page we have an example of how to use it with “Featured” but you can use it for any custom field.

I’m sorry we don’t do customizations here in the forum.
The developers are actively working on improvements for UsersWP, though, as mentioned.
In the meantime you can add a different plugin from wp.org or use a different workaround, or hire a developer to create a workaround.
Instead of dropping users directly on the add-listing page, why not send them to the login or register forms first?
That, in essence, is what has happened. BY moving it to UsersWP everyone has the option to turn it on or turn it off. As a plugin it has a much more widespread use, also. The functionality isn’t exactly the same, but it is close.
We are improving UsersWP constantly and will make improvements with the integration for GD also.
Well, it would be a customization, so you would need to do it yourself or hire a developer.
On the practical side it would mean ripping the relevant code out of the V1 version and integrating it into the V2 version.
If you want to hire one we have a list here: https://geodirectoryexperts.comYou would need to customize the plugin to remove the expectation of the variable.
I am not sure but you might be able to wrap it in a tag and hide the tag with CSS?
Reordering also requires customization.FWIW, V2 no longer requires the preview page and so that particular string has been removed.
It is no longer a part of Supreme, but you could customize it, add it back in from the V1 version.
The BP Login Widget widget is a BP feature. Please contact them for support with that.
All the login related items have been removed from GeoDirectory, exposing the basic functionality of WordPress.
You can add a logout link at described here:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/account-management/
we are working on improvements, and the developers will post back here when they have an update.
Please share your site details in a private reply so we can take a look.
Thanks
You must include all three %s
The footer has four widget areas, you could try adding the menu to one of the areas closer to the center, but that looks pretty good the way it is now, maybe that is why you put it there.
The site logo has some options for spacing for the logo, you can try that. A different theme might give you more options for mobile, too.
If you need help to change the layout of the theme you might consider hiring a designer, or get a different theme so you can use your builder to have more control.
About the sidebars on the full width page, please make a new topic and we will try to sort that for you.
If there are other new issues please make a new topic.
Only the Location Switcher can be added to the menu. Other design elements need to be added to sidebars/widget areas.
Its true, it may be the same issue. We have a fix that will come out in an upcoming version, probably early next week I heard.
That said we can take a look at your site to see if it is the same issue. just make a private reply with your site details and make sure all your plugins are up to date. -
