September 29, 2019 at 3:03 pm in reply to: Directory and Events Page Setup and Ratings Feature #510751Here is an image of what I am referring to. Theater, Festival, and Concert are all Event categories. But this is the Directory page. The other issue is when I choose my ratings and try to add the review, the submit button does not work. I was using the GeoDirectory reCaptcha and thought this was the issue but I have turned this to invisible and then disabled the plugin and I still am unable to add a review or rating. Once clicking the submit button nothing happens. Does this have something to do with the form? I have not changed anything in regards to the form.

August 2, 2019 at 12:22 pm in reply to: Review section is not working for Events or Directory #500898Hello,
I still am unable to add reviews or star ratings. Whenever I have logged into the system and I have had others log in as well, we are creating our review, clicking our star rating, clicking ReCaptcha and then post a review but upon clicking the post button nothing happens. I thought maybe I had to approve the reviews but when I check the comments nothing is there. I did leave on the option that if a user is posting a review for the first time that it has to be approved so I should see then review in the approval list but I do not. Even users who have posted reviews to other parts of my site are unable to post reviews or rate businesses. Also, I have added several features to the profile of the business or event but they are not appearing in the view on the details screen. Please assist?Thank you

Hello,
My social importer feature is no longer displaying. I tried searching your site for instructions on how to upload the URL in hopes that it would give the location of where it would be but I was only able to find instructions on how to install. Please help (screenshots attached)This reply has been marked as private.Sir/Madam,
I am replying to your response to my request for assistance. Please read your reply to me. You stated what was wrong with my setup but you did not state how to fix it. Maybe it would help if you sent screenshots so that I could better understand you.You have excluded the custom fields from the events price package, see image 1.
Events > Settings > Packages > Edit package.(??? What am I suppose to be looking at here?)In addition, I have added the claim add-on feature but I don’t see it on my profile page in the directory, neither is the address displaying, recently viewed and more viewed.
You did not add the Claimed custom field to the Events settings.
You did not add the GD > Claim Post widget to the detail page sidebar. (How do I do this as the claimed custom field is not showing as an option when I create a new listing, also please provide the shortcode for the widget for the detail page)
I set it up for you for Events only.
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/addons/claim/Where do I go to set up the page that members are redirected to after claiming a listing? The instructions state that you have to have the manager installed.
Claiming a listing does not redirect, it stays on the same page as the listing claimed. (Ok it stays on the same page and does what exactly? Does this mean that anyone can claim a listing even if they are not the owner of the company?)
Great job analyzing what was missing, now would you be able to give me instructions on how to fix the problem? Thank you kindly
This reply has been marked as private.Hello,
So I am still not seeing things in my Directory and Events the way that I would like to. I have demo files on my Events page that have social media links but when I create a new listing I am not shown a place to add any social media links. In addition, I have added the claim add-on feature but I don’t see it on my profile page in the directory, neither is the address displaying, recently viewed and more viewed. I am trying to replicate the starter demo but it appears that a few things are not appearing the same. Is there an easy way to get these items to display? Overall I love the directory I just want to fix these minor items to give a complete look. Oh and one last thing. Where do I go to set up the page that members are redirected to after claiming a listing? The instructions state that you have to have the manager installed. I do have this installed but I am not quite sure what users are supposed to see. I have attached both the demo file and my file to show you what I am referring to
