If it is still a problem, turn off all plugins that might interfere with normal registration processes like WordFence etc.
Try this one, that works for me: https://en-au.wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-logging/I got an email directly after registration.
I forwarded it to you.Have a look here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/layout/#directory
GD automatically creates pages for each country, region and city.
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/definitions/#locationAdd the location switcher, and you’ll see it at work.
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/multilocations/#mainHere’s a trick for you.
Create a category “unconfirmed sightings” and add a transparent icon to it. Or a 1×1 pixel icon.
Let us know how you went. You’re welcome 🙂
Added this CSS:
.whoop-share-button {display:none}Have a look at this article, you will be able to apply your own CSS tweaks:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/customizing-your-style/The share buttons are from this plugin: AddToAny Share Buttons
I added this CSS to GD > design > scripts:
.geodir-tabs {clear:both;}Have a look at GD > Place settings > Custom Fields > categories
You will see there are 5 options there: Ajax chained, select, multiselect, radio and checkbox.
Multiselect may be your best option. Thanks for letting us know.
One of the developers will have a look at this after the weekend. Thanks
“Near me” does NOT mean “In Vienna”.
Like Paolo explained (and me before too), if you set the radius to 1 km and you are somewhere in Vienna, the results will be all listings within a radius of 1 km around where the system has located you.
If you want to go to the Vienna page because you want to see all listings IN VIENNA (and not NEAR YOU) you need to use the switcher. The NEAR ME page is as a result of a SEARCH.
The IN VIENNA page is a LOCATION page because you select the city from the switcher. If you end up at the NEAR ME page on first entry, I am guessing you did not let the system complete the geolocation and the redirection, but you have clicked on the search button.
I doubt any of the issues is caused by this, but you might want to clear your browser settings:
