A Claim button will only show if the listing is set to unclaimed in the backend, and should appear to both logged in and logged out users.
But to claim a listing, you need to register as a user first.

Select an autozoom level of about 12 in the map widget, that should fix it.
We will need to see at least the URL of that page, but post your WP admin details too in a private reply in case we need to fix some settings.

The two CPTs do not have addresses because they are selected at GD > General > General tab > Select CPT to disable physical location
If that was intentional, you might need to redesign the Listings pages for those categories with CSS.
You can have a GD Events Calendar in any widget area, or you can use a shortcode.
Can I remove author name and just show user name?
I guess you mean on the detail page? It is not wise to show usernames if they are actually referring to email addresses.Can I have the default category always paddling so user does not have to select?

Easiest is to set the number of characters to zero in the price package.

GD > Place or other CPT settings > Address Custom Field > Display map view?: > NOYour GD Core is the latest version, but all your addons are quite a few versions behind.

That should not happen, unless you are looking at 2 different CPTs.

Thanks.All listings in the same CPT need to have addresses, or if you created a CPT that does not require addresses, then no listings should have an address.
And if you use addresses, they all need a lat and lng.
You cannot mix and match listings with and without addresses in the same CPT.There is no logging tool that returns detailed error reports.
If you have issues with bigger uploads, break them down into smaller ones until you find the problems.Thanks
