I’ll pass it on to the developers for their review, but it is normal practice not to have a captcha on logins, see for example WordPress, Google etc.
Turn off the stickyness in the widget in the relevant sidebar.
I suggest you create a separate listing for the head office first. Any franchise chain will have its headquarters somewhere.

You can change these with the language files, but it will change if for all CPTs, so you will need to find something that fits all CPTs. In the language file you will “%s Title” and “%s Description”.

Go to GD > Listing Claims, and remove the CPT from “Choose post types for show claim listing link”NO CATEGORIES

WordFence works with GD, but not the caching part. GD Booster is not a must but you should not run more than one caching at the same time.
The permalinks were set to something like /date/category/postname in the last option.You might find that the Franchise Manager is just what you are looking for:

Supreme gets it files from Directory starter and the header.php file there has h2 for the tagline (site-description). You can see in index.php of Supreme where it gets the header and the footer.
I never meant that you should update index.php, but I was showing you where to find header.php
3) That is quite correct, but Supreme is still being improved upon as users suggest new bits and pieces, and some bugs are found. And being a child theme of Directory Starter that is then the only way to update, it overwrite/merge the existing child theme

I also de-activated GD Booster which is not working for the moment. Looking at the sub-site list of pages it seems you are using WordFence caching which might be the reason that things give a 403 at times.

If you do not want to share the users across different sites, you should not use a network site, but separate WP installations.
