We have tested GD with WP 4.6, so GD will work just fine after the WP update.
Backup if you want to be able to revert.I think you are misunderstanding. To create a new section, you put a fieldset on the top, then all custom fields below it. Users can add data to all the custom fields, because they are fields, a fieldset is not a field, but a set of fields.
If there is anything you still need help with, explain it and post your admin details in a private reply so we can check your settings and explain better.
Search results for ZIP code do not return results IN a ZIP code, but will return results NEAR the centre ofcthe ZIP code. Please review the link i posted again.
Sometimes a ZIP code used in one country will return results around the centre of the ZIP code in another country, depending on what the Google API thinks you mean.If we need to have a closer look, post your URL, WP admin details, details of the listing and the ZIP and we’ll have a look for you. Please post these details in a private reply.
Your listings are not in a category. Create at least one category and add every listing to at least one category.
Sorry, but that site doesn’t load for me.
You’re welcome 🙂
1) Yes, by using the Payment Manager addon, see https://wpgeodirectory.com/downloads/payments-manager/
2) You can set new submissions to go to draft until reviewed. You also get notifications of all submissions.
3) Yes, using the Payment Manager. You can set Featured listings to be shown first or you can choose to only show featured listings in some widgets.
Featured listings have a banner across them and can be individually styled, see https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/common-styling-examples/#feature4) GD uses its own filtering system, see https://wpgeodirectory.com/downloads/advanced-search-filters/
5) Not in the search results, search results are always sorted by relevance, that is what visitors expect. But you can add a featured listings widget above the search results for example to show other listings.
You can float listings to the top by price package or featured on all category pages though, just not on the search page.Hope this helps 🙂
GD is tested with the latest WP version, so GD will keep working all OK.
I have checked those steps in the documentation only two days ago, and they worked fine.
Please try again to follow the steps. Some browsers (Chrome) now require SSL for geo-location to work, see more at https://wpgeodirectory.com/adding-a-ssl-certificate-to-your-website/
That is not supposed to happen for reviews. Only for your listings and your favorites.
See also https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-design/#userlinksGo to GD > General > Dummy Data tab and install like 10 listings. That will install standard categories with icons.
See https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/basic-installation/#dummy
It seems all fine now. Do you still have a question?
You’re welcome 🙂
