Can you just completely de-activate WordFence, it just does not let me in, and remove any IP and country restrictions.

You had multi-regions but only allowed 4 cities. So anything outside those cities would not work.
I changed your multilocation settings, please check.You can use the Bank Transfer payment option, and play with the wording.
