I am pretty sure what you want to translate is in the Claim addon language file.
You cannot break anything with wrong translations, so it is safe to try things out and see if the correct thing changes.I ‘ll hand this over to the developers.
You do not have any listings showing on the map, but I can see you have one there.
Also, I have never seen the “multiple location” addon, is that custom built?I think the reason is that you are using canada in the URL of the subdirectory of the WP installation.
Also, please update all your GD plugins before the developers have a look.

OK, so you want the location map to zoom to the preset level if there is more than one listing sharing the same lat and lng. I doubt that is possible, but I’ll alert the others too to have a look at your question.

Only the Main Listing owner can add franchises, but together with the Claim addon, the owner of the Main listing can add a franchise but set it as unclaimed. Other users can then claim the franchise.

But I think you misunderstand how WPML works, you will need a page for each language or it will not work. But I restored it to the earlier position.“recurring dates” is not translated using the GD core language file, but the Events addon translation file, see https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/translating-addons/

If you want to add locations outside your default location, you will need to install the MultiLocations addon before you can import your data.
