The login as per Supreme is not possible with the theme you are using.
I have replaced your login and register links with the correct Buddypress links, but it looks like you customised your login page and therefore the “forget password” does not work.
I suggest you delete the page and re-create it with the GD Tools.Sorry, but cannot find the problem.
I de-activated the caching plugin but you might have to delete all the files still, see https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/faqs/what-caching-plugin-can-i-use/I’ll ask Paolo to have a look too.
If it is sent, it is most likely gone in a spam box somewhere.
We will need WP admin details in a private reply if we need to investigate more. You only are allowing 4 characters (not tags) for the tags in the price package, adjust that amount.
Users can logout by clicking the “Logout” link in the GD Dashboard widget. You have that widget on the Listings pages.June 21, 2016 at 12:46 pm in reply to: How do you enable accidentally diabled CPT physical locations? #213167You could just have deleted “Places” again from “Select CPT to disable physical location”and it would have restored all the addresses and maps.
GD > Multilocations > Show location switcher in menu will add a city selector to the menu, if that is what you mean.
Nothing needed, that is how it works by default.
The directory /www/wp-content/languages/geodirectory does not exist and I cannot find any language files anywhere.
You might have created them on your computer but maybe never uploaded them to the server.I added some files from another website to it, and also created a copy of your home page for the french version, so you can see the result.
June 20, 2016 at 10:39 pm in reply to: How to change default text under "Import Details from Social" #212725That one is either in the GD core or the Payments addon files.
Remember too that the minimum position is that they just have to enter their name and email to “register”, that should hardly be a barrier I would think.
And FTP details please or host control panel. Thanks.
1. That is not possible without a major customization.
2. Have a look here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/location-manager-widgets/

See also the other post you had about the issue. If you want to keep the advanced search on the location pages, you will have to make sure that the search shows in a more compact way, or have less options, so it does not interfere with the header and down arrow on the featured image.
The advanced search is not really designed for the location pages of Supreme, so I turned it off for that page.
You can turn it back on if you like at
http://www.supremecityguides.com/wp-admin/theme-editor.php?file=style.css&theme=supreme-directory
and change.sd.sd-location .geodir-search input.showFilters { display: none; }to
.sd.sd-location .geodir-search input.showFilters { display: initial; } -
