Do you mean listings or locations?

The first column in the CSV file is for the post_id.
This field should be left blank, unless you want to update (overwrite) a listing.Tennesee should be Tennessee [but that should not be a problem].
Your neighborhoods have the same name as the Cities [but that should not be a problem].
And they have the same lats and lng as the listing, which is strange [but that should not be a problem].
