I guess you would have set them to have a recurring package with a particular expiry date, and the listings are assigned to the correct user account. The prior agreement your user had with PayPal to automatically pay your monthly fee will not apply to the new price package. Your users need to agree to the terms of the new package, so they will get an expiry notice, and unless they agree the new payment terms, the listing will expire.
I’ll get the others to check my reply too, to make sure I explained it correctly.
You can use HTML in the PO file so the output would be HTML.
Most field label names are simply changed at GD > Place Settings > Custom fields.
Some need to be changed using the translation files.
Changing language.php will mean that in the next update, all your changes will be lost.Let’s stick to your other post, rather than duplicating. Thanks.
June 6, 2016 at 10:49 am in reply to: Want to create a cover page that links to geodirectory homepage and blog #204061Just create a normal WP page and link to your location/directory page. Then set that page as your website’s homepage.
You can add listings using GD shortcodes, see https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-shortcodes/
Or recent WP posts with https://wordpress.org/plugins/display-posts-shortcode/
@madco
I de-activated your non-compatible caching plugin, see https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/faqs/what-caching-plugin-can-i-use/
Please check now.You should set a default location before activating multilocations, which you have done now.
I cannot find the reason for your media problem, that seems to be a server problem.
I’ll escalate for you.I am guessing you forgot to say OK in step 14 of https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/social-importer-addon/#facebook
I suggest to start again, there is little else we can do.I doubt that is possible, but I’ll get the others to have a look at your question too.
Can you post your URL and WP admin details in a private reply please so we can check your settings. Thanks.
Please review https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/translate-core/ again, you are not translating correctly.
Thanks for sharing some tips, that is explained at https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/customizing-geodirectory-templates/ for those that want to change templates.
The last bit about changing the labels is not recommended: that needs to be done using the language files (.PO and .MO files), or by changing the labels of the custom fields at GD > Place Settings > Custom Fields

There should be no problem using the widgets for responsiveness, unless your theme is not really responsive.
Some links:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/layout/#directory
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/widgets/That is the right way of doing it. Is your website homepage set to GD Home as well at WP Settings > Reading > front page displays > static page > front page > GD Home
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/basic-installation/#home
If you still have trouble, post your URL and WP admin details in a private reply and we will check your settings.
Your first image does not relate to the timing of the events, but is just a free text field to enter any other time related information if you like.
To NOT show any time at all, choose “all day event” when submitting an event.
In that case it cannot work, because the system expects PayPal to automatically charge a non-existing PayPal subscription. So because that cannot happen, GD will expire the listing because that is how it has been set up.
In cases like that, you should just put the expiry date in manually.Your WP permalinks were set incorrectly, I changed that for you, see
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/basic-installation/#postnamesPlease check. Thanks.
