Is that sample CSV exported?
It has no categories, the addresses are in the wrong columns, the order of the columns does not seem right, no lat or lng.Add a few listings from the frontend, then export, and use that as a basis.
You’re welcome 🙂
Can you post URL, WP admin details and CSV file in a private message if you need us to investigate.
May 24, 2016 at 12:55 pm in reply to: Some Categories disappeared from Map when using locked location #197174I can see on the AUstralia map that there are other listings in Victoria. I cannot find why that is happening. I’ll escalate for you.
I am stumped, let’s get help from the others.
Fingers crossed. Start with small batches, and good luck with importing. Let’s hope it goes well.
Are the categories already existing?
The correct column name is post_category. Export your listings to see the correct format for the file.
It can be a single apostrophe, but not a curly one.
I am guessing you pasted from Word or something into the description before exporting it?Can you post your URL and WP admin details in a private reply so we can have a look for you. Also guide us to the custom fields you are talking about.

I guess you are getting a “valid order” error because you are not adding a proper value at “Order in post type list” when adding the post type.
Invalid characters in “pet comforts”: Burns DogFood
As soon that is changed to Burns Dog’ Food it workedThere is no listing with ID 12000 to update is there?
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-export/#import
Do NOT add a post_id when importing new listings; WP needs to create its own post_id to avoid database conflicts.Have a look at https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-export/#batch
I asked other developers to help.
