URL, WP admin please.
And what language string/word are you trying to translate, on which page?
You can find the current versions at https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/members/rad4u2/downloads
You’ll see that GDF version is now 1.2.5.
Jetpack comments are not comaptible with GD, I turned them off and it now works.
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/known-issues/#jetpackAnd Buddypress Global Search is not compatible with GD: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/known-issues/#bp-global-search
Hi Lise
1. I turned on GD > Advanced Search > Enable Near autocompleter
Now you can search in locations, see image.
Also review https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-design/#howI also added the location switcher to your menu, that makes life a bit easier for your visitors.
2. You can turn on GD > Advanced Search > Ask user if they wish to be geolocated.
3. Custom field might be a better way to go to add special attributes. They can then be added to a custom search, see https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/search-filters-overview/#filter
4. Please delete all cache plugins files: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/faqs/what-caching-plugin-can-i-use/
5. You might want to tidy up your locations a bit. You have listings in NSW and New South Wales, they will be treated as a different state. See https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/faqs/how-do-i-merge-locations/
What are you trying to translate?
We will need URL, WP admin and FTP if you want us to check your Po and MO files.Check your settings at GD > advanced search.
See also https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/faqs/how-can-i-clear-geo-location-settings/Did you change the site language at WP Settings > general?
You can find the settings at GD > design > marker cluster tab
I can’t login with those credentials.
You’re welcome 🙂
There are a lot of location wrong.
Like Aventura was
United States > Florida > Aventura,Florida
instead of
United States > Florida > AventuraI fixed that location:

This reply has been marked as private.1. Manipulating databases is outside GD support, so let me know if you want us to move this to the jobs section.
2. I would start at the server, to prevent running into trouble moving such a large database after.
3. Google Map API does not always work too well on localhost, and maybe you did not add the right widgets, or it could be some other settings. Maybe you have no listings yet, without seeing the backend of your site, it is hard to say.
You’re welcome 🙂
Hi David, I replied to your email.
