This reply has been marked as private.You need to allow access to admin etc, it is not a GD plugin, so our support does not extend to the implementation of other plugins. You would need to figure it out yourself or engage a developer to assist. I can move this to the jobs forum if you like.
It seems you modified the notification email. Modify to suit.
Listings that are submitted but not paid stay should stay in draft, they are not published.
Often users do use a different email address to register than the address where they want enquiries sent. Or they might use a third party to create their listing.
But let’s ask the others if this is easy enough or a customization to be added as a feature request.

When you create a new custom field, a new column will be added to the CSV when you export the CSV.
Always best to use a recently exported file to create a new import file.Your locations are not in the right format, they all have to be city > region > country.
We fixed your default location by adding a new proper location and then merging as per https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/faqs/how-do-i-merge-locations/
You will have to fix your other locations the same way.Please check. Thanks.
