Then go to GD > Multilocations > Manage locations, and add the neighborhood.Go to GD > Auto updates/licensing. You can enter your license there.

Your system queries the API and returns what it thinks is the best match.
It might be that it finds a location with that postcode somewhere else in the world, or it does not find anything.
Only Google can fix that problem I am afraid.I can replicate that in my test site. I’ll escalate the issue.

I guess you want to hide the fields for the franchises, not the main listing.
In that case you can lock them, and they will not show on the Add Listing for the franchises.

What you are after is a major customization.That suggests you have an error with your address.
Can you post your URL and WP admin details in a private reply, then we can have a check for you.

You can use the neigborhood feature. The Google Map API is treating Basecles and Baudour as a part of Beloeil and St Ghislain.
Then a listing for example will be in Basecles > Beloeil > Region Wallone > Belgique
