It is not as hard as it looks. Just backup first and then have a go.
It seems you have not updated the URLs in your database correctly. You will need to use this tool:
https://interconnectit.com/products/search-and-replace-for-wordpress-databases/See also
https://codex.wordpress.org/Moving_WordPress#Changing_Your_Domain_Name_and_URLsYou had copied too much of the recaptcha code.
You also need to implement this:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/faqs/help-i-get-a-php-warning-on-my-pages/Then it should be all fixed.
Your site cannot be reached …
April 7, 2016 at 6:50 am in reply to: Using Membership Plugin to allow access to GeoDirectory Add Listings #159177Not sure about other membership plugins, but wit S2 you can restrict by URI. So for example you can restrict /add-listing/?listing_type=gd_place&package_id=2 for some members but allow others.
You can put conditionals around the claim link, so only some members can see.
Visit https://s2member.com/kb/ for more.
1. You needed to set the width of the widget to 100%.
2. Tick auto-zoom and set the zoom level to about 10.
3. Tick “Use current viewing post type” in the widget.
4. You need to look at your location pages: http://testsite.melc-codobelc.ro/location/
That is where the GD Home widgets show.5. Added some CSS to correct the slider.
GD > design > script.1. Added to GD > design > scripts
2. I’ll get Paolo to look at this question for you.
3. The upload size is per image.
GD scales any images uploaded to a listing, to a maximum size of 800 x 800 pixels.
Checking the box here will change that scaling to a a maximum size of 1024 x 1024 pixels.
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-design/#home4. Seems fine to me, at http://mobiletest.me/ipad_mini_emulator/
5. Supreme is a child theme of Directory starter. So you would use it as a normal theme, similar to GDF or Enfold etc. It is compatible with all addons.
Something is adding the class “hidden” to geodir_post_desc_row, so the description field does not display. Not sure what is doing that. I added some CSS to overwrite that at GD > design > scripts.
Are you trying to add an address outside your default location?
What is the address you are trying to add?
Then you will need the multilocation addon.“… not recognizing the http:// when I typed it in the website box…”
Works fine for me. For example /events/nigeria/lagos/lagos/events/caribbean-festival/ has a correct and working link to “Website”.Your updates are not working because you have not entered your licences at GD > Auto Updates/Licensing.
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/buying-addons-and-support/This plugin can extend comments: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-comment-fields/
You might be able to add a compulsory website field rather than using the WP built in one.If people only work at one place then the Franchise addon might be an option?
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/franchise-manager-add-on/As per the link I posted:
All managed WordPress hosting uses caching systems that are not compatible with GD’s geolocation features. Your visitors will have trouble navigating between different locations, because the server’s caching will interfere with how GD works.Like some other GD users, you could ask GoDaddy to move you to one of their VPS, or review https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/server-requirements/ for suggestions.
Added to docs: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-shortcodes/#listings
You don’t have any countries selected at GD > multilocations > country
Thanks for letting us know.
“Edit this post” link is only visible on the detail page, not the category page.
You also do not seem to have selected links to author’s listings at GD > Design > navigation towards the bottom of the page.
