Can you post your URL and WP admin details in a private reply, then we can have a look. Thanks.
The majority of your locations do not exist, they all have to follow the Google Map API format: city – region – country
For example, Los Angeles > California > United StatesThese cities do not exist for example:
,,
california, Camarillo, United States [Should be Camarillo, California, United States]Correct all your locations and then see how it is working:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/faqs/how-do-i-merge-locations/That map has only 9 markers because you have set to show 9 listings on the page.
All these pages have different markers, and only 9 each time, and 4 on the last page. That is why it is not worth clustering. The listings map is more designed for the sidebar, and then your visitors can use the “pinpoint” link to see where the listing is.
Have a look here for an example: http://gd.guustflater.com/services/The login details do not work.
Have you checked GD > GD Tools > Check pages? That is not a problem, but you seem to have another problem.
All the info is there for your maps, and the listings are on your map, but your map does not display, it seems to be behind a grey layer.
I’ll get Paolo to have a look for you.Have a look here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/modify-login-page/#post-62587
The listings/categories and search pages only show the markers on the map for the listings returned on that page, so there is never any need to cluster.
Not quite sure what you mean, I cannot see any email address on that page.
If you add an email address in an HTML editor, you have to make sure you link it to the email address before the link becomes active.Listings can have email addresses and users must have email addresses.
An email added to a listing is only for the contact form, it has nothing to do with the user that “owns” the listing.
New listings will always belong to the user that added them (for example admin) until they are claimed, then the ownership changes.
Hopefully that clarifies things. I’ll also alert Paolo to have a look at your question to see if he wants to add anything.I’ll get Paolo to have a look at that. I am not sure if it is designed that way or not.
You’re welcome 🙂
Have a look here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-export/#tips
Don’t know really, never used it. Why would you, what advantages does it have? I doubt it adds anything to the speed of GD, or anything else.
Sorry I cannot be more helpful. You are missing quite a few mandatory fields:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-export/#mandatoryDescription, latitude and longitude are missing.
Also make sure all categories are created before you import.Sure, change the order at GD > custom post types.
Edit any CPT and change “Order in post type list” -
