Your addons are not up to date, location manager should be 1.4.4 and payment manager should be 1.3.7.

Without having a look at your setup, I am guessing that you have duplicate slugs for categories or custom post types, and your wordpress database is confused by your setup.
Just making sure that the slug is different should solve it; the name can stay the same but the slug cannot.I might be wrong, so in that case, post your URL and WP admin (in a private reply) and some of the URLs where we can see this in action.

The plugin cannot work without a default location, and in Australia the Google Map API considers every suburb or town to be a different “city”.
So Melbourne is a different “city” than Richmond, or North Melbourne.
Because all locations are determined using the Google API that is the only way it can work.You have moved all GD pages as child pages of your home pages. All GD pages have to be on the top level. I fixed that for you.
You have no Places and have hidden from the map, but the default post to load at
GD > design > map > Default post type search on mapwas still Places. I fixed that for you.
