GD permalink should match the settings at Multilocations.
If you want the country in the permalink, you need to use “enable selected countries” and then select the country you want.I guess you have your multilocation settings set to default country.

Newest listings can be shown by using the popular post widget.I am not sure I am understanding…
Create a new fieldset, and move the fields under the fieldset.

If you are checking all of them, just scroll down on the edit page, and look whether the payment is confirmed.
Or you can set all listings to be Published, then unpaid ones will go to draft, so all you then have to do is review the published ones to see if the need adjusting.
