I’ll update the pictures shortly.
In the backend, click delete, or trash. That moves it to the bin or trash, which you can also empty to permanently delete the listing from both the frontend and the backend.
As a user, log in and go to your dashboard where your listings are shown and click the delete link.

Empty the trash for both the listing and the comments and re-save your permalinks. Let us know if that worked.

I think mailchimp can be integrated with your user registration, but to integrate with listings would require some special work if it is even possible.
Mailchimp has some plugins for integration I think.You’re welcome 🙂
