The GD Login widget has a logout link.

Go to the list of your users and hover over the name of the user, then have a look at the status bar. Or click on “edit” and look at the URL.
I cannot see anything wrong in the file, if you have the multilocation addon activated, and if you already created both the categories. If you need us to have a look at your settings,post your admin details in a private message.
Tip: you can add a default image to the categories, instead of uploading for each listing.
Are you using your own email address for the GD account? That image comes from gravatar I think.
The listing does not seem to be in a category.

The CSV file should just be comma delimited.
Can you please post your URL and WP admin details and a smaller sample of your CSV file or ZIP it or upload it somewhere I can access it to have a look.
Set the reply to private, then only GD staff can see the details.I am not sure what you mean with “gd account profile photo”, can you give a link to that too?
Until a category has at least one listing, the category will not show anywhere.
To remove “Events”, disable the Events addon.
To remove Places, delete all listings in that CPT, and at GD > design > map, hide places from the map by ticking “places” in the “SHOW / HIDE POST TYPE AND CATEGORY ON MAP” section.
I guess you are using the “Search” widget.

https://wordpress.org/plugins/share-this/2. The prices and payment addon is only an addon for GD, nothing else. Other plugins will use their own payment addons.
There is only one CPT but the search widget has a list of categories to search, so that must be a modification somewhere.
I changed GD permalinks to include country and region as well, because you allow listings in different countries.
I don’t think it is fixed though, I did not investigate the widget customization.That looks completely wrong, there should be about 10 default fields there.
How did you add that CPT?Please post URL and admin details in a private reply so we can have a look for you.

No idea really. I don’t know how it used to look before, it is possible that some lost a category, and I also checked that all categories have their own ID now and a different slug. It might still have been related to the fact that you had duplicate categories with the same ID and slug, but don’t really know.
