Have a look at WP Settings > Discussion. There you can change who can post and who cannot.
To change “more” use the translation file of the Rating and Review manager:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/translating-addons/let us know how you went.
Thanks
It seems you have set your multilocations to only allow new listings in your default location.
Post a URL and admin details if you want us to check.Wordpress or GD does not keep track of searches within your website.
That does not sound normal at all. Can we have a look at your URL and also give links to the particular pages.
You can do that in a private reply, only GD staff can read those. If you post your WP admin details too, we’ll have a look at your settings.Thanks.
Log in at http://plentyfit.com/gd-login/
Then add a listing at http://plentyfit.com/add-listing/
And add the GD login widget to your pages, then they will have a link to all their listings. That is how GD works by default, there is no reason to give them author access.
Let me know if I misunderstood.
Your GD Homepage will be at the homepage of your site and at /directory/ with those settings.
If you want another page as a homepage, create a normal WP page, and then
GD > permalinks > GD Home page > select your WP page
Settings > Reading > front page displays > front page > select your WP pageGo to GD > Titles and Meta > and adjust the meta page settings. Or go to WP admin > Pages > GD Home Page and change the title of the page.
Is GD Home set as the homepage at both GD > Permalinks and Settings > Reading?
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/basic-installation/#homeThe meta description should be 160 characters max, and then it is up to Google I guess.
Those login details do not work. Can you check them please.
Try restoring your GD pages at GD > GD Tools > GD pages checkIs your username and license key correct at GD > Auto Updates?
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/installing-addons/#updatesI don’t think that is possible. Those reviews are using the wordpress comment system and that does not allow blank comments. I’ll get Paolo to have a look at your question too.
I’ll get Paolo to look at that.
Feel free to add your question here, if you have any.If you are trying to remove the curly quotes, you are correct 🙂
But not sure that that URL would work, let’s wait for Paolo after the weekend.Listings cannot be added without the submitter being a WP user, that is how WP works.
Let’s wait for the developer for the other questions.Your MO file has to be at /wp-content/languages/geodirectory/geodirectory-en_US.mo
I meant that users cannot register on your site, so I could not test the Add Listing form.
I am a bit stumped. Google thinks all places in “Baños” are in “Baños de Agua Santa” so that is why it does not allow you to add the addresses.
But you cannot set the default location to Baños de Agua Santa, it keeps going back to Baños.
All I can suggest for now is to change Baños in the database to Baños de Agua Santa, and I will escalate this to be looked at after the weekend by one of the developers.Your registration is disabled so I cannot see the Add Listing Form.
I am guessing that the location is not in your default location, and that is why you cannot add the location. But if you can post your admin details in a private reply, and the address details of the new listing, then we can have a look for you if we need to. -
