You no need to create a terms and conditions page in your wordpress pages, and then connect that at GD > Permalinks > Terms and Conditions page.Let us know how you went.

Just download the Whoop theme and the Whoop Child theme.
Back up your site.
Activate the Whoop Child theme.
You should not loose any data, but you will have to redo widgets, menus, any functions.php modifications you made etc.

You are using some other registration system. We would need your WP admin details in a private reply to check the error.
3. You were asking about the listings on the Listing pages only, your screenshots only show that type of page.
If you want to change the excerpt length on the Location pages, then you need to set that in the Popular Post widgets that you added to those pages.We cannot advise on the “read more” link without your URL and WP admin details. You can post these in a private reply.
