You will need to use a membership plugin like s2member. That will allow you to create different user levels with different required and non-required fields etc, and hide the add listing form and other things depending on user level.
I guess you mean that the other listing shows in the “verknüpfte Einträge” (related listing) tab.
That is a setting at GD > design > detail tab > Zeige ähnliche Beiträge auf (Show similar posts on).
I turned that off for you. Is that what you meant?1. You could use the GD search widget in the GD Home Page section, and then change the CSS of the widget to add an image as background etc.
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/customizing-your-style/
You can also use the search shortcode if you are not using any of the GD pages, and then adjust the DIV around the shortcode.
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-shortcodes/#search2. Every detail page will have a link to edit the listing.
You can set a full text editor for the description field at GD > design > listings tab > Show description field as editor
You can add custom fields that allow the uploading of images etc, but creating different headers with user selected backgrounds goes beyond support.

That does not seem to be an administrator account.
This reply has been marked as private.Make sure you install Buddypress first (bbpress is not the same as Buddypress).
Then activate GeoDirectory BuddyPress Integration.
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/buddypress-integration-add-on-overview/Cannot quite figure it out. I de-activated your W3 cache, see also https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/faqs/what-caching-plugin-can-i-use/
I’ll get Paolo to have a look.
Can you post your URL and admin details in a private reply, and links to the 2 posts you are talking about.
And a link and explanation of what you mean with “conected to this place on the place-profile”.That means there is some conflict with another plugin or theme.
A standard GD installation does not allow you to add categories without adding a marker.I cannot figure out why your icons are not showing.
How did you get your categories setup without icons? Did you clone from a different URL? I think that might be the problem.
Let’s get Paolo to have a look too.Step 9 🙂
I’ll set this to resolved.Thanks
That is possible, but it is not simple. It all needs to be done in the database and should only be attempted if you understand WP databases.
1. Exactly what I meant 🙂
You can use any type of widget in the GD widget areas, they do not have to be GD widgets.2. Depends on your theme. But you should have at least one sidebar for your default page template.
If you need more detailed advice, post your URL and WP admin details in a private reply.3. You can change most things without changing the templates. If you can explain exactly what change you are interested in, it most of the times can be done by one of the many settings already built in.
The main design for GD pages is controlled at GD > design.
If you really want to change templates, have a look here: https://developer.wordpress.org/themes/template-files-section/page-template-files/page-templates/
You will need to have some understanding of HTML and PHP.4. Usually just install and activate the other plugin. There usually is no need for anything else.
Sorry that I cannot provide more specific answers, but your questions are not specific enough 🙂
Just have a go and let us know what is not working for you, but bear in mind we only support GD.You have to add it to your custom CSS, wherever you do that normally.
You should be using a child theme with Avada, so you can add it to the style.css file of the child theme.
or you can add at GD > design > scripts. -
