GD > Design > Detail > Top section > Yes
Then add widgets to the Detail Top section and Detail Sidebar. We are about to post an article in the next few days as to how you can add shortcodes in other tabs on the blog, keep an eye out for it: https://wpgeodirectory.com/category/blog/
Just create a normal WP page, and use that as the home page at WP Settings > Reading.
Have a look here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/location-manager-widgets/#desc
Sorry about the pictures that have gone missing, we’ll have to find them again 🙂November 16, 2015 at 1:18 pm in reply to: Split: Item(s) could not be added due to blank title/invalid post type. #60318Thanks for letting us know, I have set your topic to “resolved”.
“Select all” would be the same as a link to the Places or other Custom Post page.
You can use the GD>GD Listings widget for that if you have more than one Custom Post Type.
You can also add links in the menu using GD > design > navigation
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/places-categories-and-listings/That is custom made for this site, but you can achieve a similar thing with the Whoop theme:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/themes/wordpress-directory-theme-whoop/1. No idea really, let’s ask Paolo to check.
2. http://www.w3schools.com/html/html_colorvalues.asp
4. Maybe you can download FB events with another tool, and then create a CSV upload file to upload the events.
What is your setting at GD > Multilocation > Location Settings tab > Home page should go to?
DO you get the delete confirmation pop-up box? Maybe you cannot see it, or you blocked it?
Post URL and WP admin details in a private reply if you want us to have a look.1. You do not need to de-activate and re-activate anything when updating.
There is something interfering with the comment system. Like Paolo said, if you remove the /comment-page-1/ from the URL after you submitted the comment, you end up at the correct place.
De-activate non-GD plugins one by one to find the culprit, and it might be in your theme too.2. No, that is the normal GD Search widget.
4. Create the packages,
go to the add listing page,
and take note of the URLs as you choose a different package,
create a page with links to these URLs,
then add this to your CSS to hide the packages on the add-listing page:.geodir_price_package_row {display: none}5. Tags are a normal WP function, that is not possible without re-writing some part. All you will get is people using tags without spaces.
7. Try removing this from your CSS:
#geodir-wrapper-content {padding-left: 75px;}8. Update Advanced search manually by extracting the latest ZIP file to your computer, and then upload to replace the current files. Then go back to admin and refresh the update page, it now should work.
I’ll get Paolo to look at your question if it is possible to show a different number of posts/listings on a GD archive page versus a non-GD archive page.
The marker cluster only works on location pages, not listings pages.
Right, now I see the problem I think. You cannot import new listings with an ID, IDs can only be used if you want to overwrite an existing one. WP needs to be able to assign its own IDs.
Let us know if that is the problem.
Can you try deleting the single.php template in GDF Modern, that will engage the single.php from the parent theme.
That is all I can think of, I don’t quite see anything wrong with that page.I have asked Paolo to have a look at your question.
You have 2 search widgets on that page. Try deleting one and let us know if that fixed it.
