No, but you can hide the logout link with CSS. Paolo will give you the code if you want it, I am just on mobile for the moment.
You have to create your CSV file using Open Office. As soon you use Excel to create or save the file, the file will be useless. Excel just thinks it is smarter than its users, and that leads to all sorts of trouble.
If you download the CSV file from your admin, only open it using Open Office.
Start Open Office, and navigate to the saved file.I cannot figure this one out. Can you swap to a normal theme and see if that fixes it? And then swap back to the Sky theme. I’ll alert the others to your post as well.
Those are modifications by the Sky theme, have a look at their translation file or the theme options.

You can turn off the address on the listings / search pages by going to the address custom field and setting “show on listing page” to no.
