site/members/username, not site/username as in your case.

They always load fine if you refresh the page.It seems your BP has not been set up correctly, you do not have a BP members page for example.

I am not sure that linking the image itself would mean that the link would be available before the map is loaded.
That is only a warning, which can be hidden easily.
Make sure not to use any caching from WordFence, that is not compatible.

You can use the GD rating system for any custom post type. That’s kind of automatic, but if you want some special ratings you can use the Multiratings addon.
Feature requests like BP ratings can be added at https://wpgeodirectory.com/requests/ and if enough people vote for it, it might be implemented in the future.

What about using the Buddypress registration form?

That might allow you to add a TOS on registration (no need on login only).The TOS are for people adding a listing, not for registration.
You are using the “near me page” as the location page, so that is why it does not work there.
I added it to a new page and that works just fine, have a look at
