If you are friends in buddypress, do you get an email every time your friends adds some activity? I am not familiar with the friend setup in buddypress.
Add this to your CSS:
.geodir-list-view-select {display:none} .geodir_Star {display:none} .geodir_category_list_view li .geodir-addinfo a.geodir-pcomments {display:none}That will require your URL and admin details please.
You can post that in a private reply. You’re welcome, I’ll set this to resolved.
Try adding
.geodir-content .geodir_more_info span[itemprop="addressCountry"] {display: none;}to your CSS.
GD > Event Settings > Custom fields > Field: address > Show on listing page > Yes > Save

Let us know how you went.
This reply has been marked as private. You can
1. allow users to link events to places
2. create a listing
3. add events for the same business but at a different location
4. then you the events (markets) will be linked to the place (main store)None of the additional stores will appear on the same maps or search then, because they will be in a different custom post type.
In your example, if I search for a shop in Kingscliff or NSW, I would not get any results at all. I would need to search for an event, and then I do not get the Cooloongatta shop.
Same if I looked at your map for NSW, I would not know there is a shop in Kingscliff, simply because there is no listing for it. Unless I swap CPTs and then the result is vice versa. You would think the local store manager can change the profile a bit and the images should definitely be different.
Your list of events would be quite massive if you have a store that is open 24/7.
It might work for a market. And this is a way better solution for opening hours:
http://jeffrose.themetailors.com/tt/portfolio/gd-business-hours/Are you talking about the location pages?
Have you ticked “enable location filter” in the Popular Post widget that is returning the listings? Some ideas:
Because each shop will have a different location, they really need 2 separate listings. So you are looking for a way to relate or link them.
What about relate by tags – but then you cannot let users choose tags.
What about a custom URL field called “our other locations”, that could create a new tab called “other locations” with links to their other shops.I am not sure if there was a feature request like this, and any progress on it, but let’s ask the others.
I doubt very much that any 3rd party plugin would provide any solution for you.Are you using Fieldsets for the different custom fields?
For example, use a fieldset (Called “Curling Facility”) to group “number of Curling Sheets”, “Curling Sheet Sizes” and “Curling activities” and add some description that says “Skip this section if you are not a curling place”.I’ll get our JS expert to look at your question too, but this might be something for the feature request or jobs sections.
Not possible for the moment, and as usual feel free to add it as a feature request if you really would like it: https://wpgeodirectory.com/requests/
Stephane, the BP integration can show the reviews the user made (but not reviews another user made on your listing), and your favourites and listings etc.
GD > Buddypress integrationOnly GD events and new listings and reviews are added to activity, and those submissions already trigger an email to admin, so there is no need for a duplicate email.
Any other Buddypress activity would be controlled by Buddypress, not GD.I hope I understood your question correctly.
Hi Paul, now that I understand what you are trying to achieve, it would be possible with S2Member and GD. You would create 4 S2 levels. But it is indeed not possible with GD only.
Free – Limited information business listing
Only allow access to the free listing packageLevel 2 – Full listing
Also allow access to the fully fledged packageLevel 3- Full listing plus options to submit multiple events and articles
Allow access to adding events and posting (could use WP User Frontend for that)Level 4 – As level 3 plus preferred status on all 3 categories plus banner advertising.
Allow access to top level listing (which will feature listings) and give access to add advertising (could use Simple Ads Manager for that). But regardless of the Km setting, all listings will still be returned in order or distance, so the closest will be first, and the map will still show where you are and the listings near you.
So all any limiting would accomplish, is that there would be less listings returned. But as usual, feel free to add it as a feature request.
