Glad we could help, I’ll set this to resolved then.
@goakes
If a user logs in, then follows the link to “My Listings” from the dashboard menu, they will be presented with all their listings, which will have a delete link.@stiofan
Have a look here:

Seems to be a problem with Avada.January 3, 2015 at 10:23 pm in reply to: Is there a way to NOT show local results on the homepage? #26259You have also go to GD > design > Home > Geodirectory home page > Set geodirectory home page as your home > NO
You can add any of the widgets at
Appearance > Widgets
They do not have to be some special page widgetsDepending on your theme, you might have to create widget areas on the page template, see here for more info how to do that:
http://codex.wordpress.org/Widgetizing_ThemesFeel free to give URL and admin details, so I can make the advice more specific.
Yes,
Appearance > widgets > GD Listing Slider > GD Listing TOPI have now been able to reproduce it on both my test site and your site.
I’ll get Stiofan to look at this.Scenario:
When a user (user@email) adds a listing and enters an email address for the listing (business@email), GD is sending a confirmation to both email addresses (user@email + business@email).I guess you do not want an email to be sent to the email address of the listing, but only to the email address of the listing owner.
I think it might be best practice to send confirmation to the listing email address as well, so the business listed knows that their email address has been added to your site; you should not create a contact form for a business unless they know about it (although you can still do this from admin).
So let’s see what the others think about this, and whether this can be made optional.
January 3, 2015 at 12:35 pm in reply to: When set GeoDirectory as homepage I cannot access my BuddyPress profile #26198I set it to resolved.
Can you send us your URL and admin details please, I cannot replicate that behaviour at all.
There is really no shortcut for that. Because in most cases, there is more than one table in the database involved, so the quickest and safest way is to use the WP admin area.
Adding new listings can be done using CSV, but editing is not possible that way.
No need to use another plugin, just add the GD slider widget to your location (GD Home) and/or category pages (GD Listing).
Appearance > widgets > GD Listing Slider
Do you really need 30 CPTs? I wonder why you have that many?
Maybe it is not to late to restructure?
http://docs.wpgeodirectory.com/places-categories-and-listings/I guess you can do what you want with custom coding, but not out of the box.
Move
wp-content/plugins/geodirectory/geodirectory-templates/geodir-listing.php
to
wp-content/themes/YOUR CHILD THEME/geodirectory/geodir-listing.php
and movedo_action('geodir_listings_page_description'); // add descriptionto where you want it.

Stumped! I’ll get Paolo to look at this.
