Try adding
add_location_filter="1"to your
[gd_listings]shortcode.
If we need to have a look at your settings, then please post your WP Admin details in a private reply.

I’ll get our multilingual site expert to have a look at your question.
We have such a list for V1:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/known-issues/#polylangA similar page has been started for V2, but it does not seem complete at this time. Looks like we got some work to do there.
Thanks

This reply has been marked as private.None of the search or category pages have a footer, so I still cannot see it. Can we just have a URL please? Thanks
You have created it, no? You wrote “I created custom field named “promocode” …”
Go to Places > Settings > Custom fields and click on text field.

Thanks1. Create the custom field
2. In the tabs section, drag it from the left to the right, see first image.
3. Then drag and drop, see second image.https://wpgeodirectory.com/reordering-tabs-in-geodirectory-v2/

1. Does the description accept HTML?
Have a look at Places [or other CPT] > Settings > Custom Fields tab > Description field > Show Advanced > Show advanced editor?
2. Are there tags the description field does not accept?
See above.
3. If Description can take HTML, why is the field on the front-end textarea and not a rich text editor?
See above.
4. How do we add newline characters in the CSV?
Using “tags” like <p></p> and <br/>.
Thanks
