Try de-activating the license and re-activating the license.
Let us know.Your WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) are set incorrectly at WP Settings > General.
Those settings should be refer to your staging URL.
But it cannot be changed, that may be host specific for your staging site. When I delete the map icon and reconnect it, it works after I turned off W3 Total Cache. I suggest you leave caching off while working in the backend when using W3 Total Cache.
Thanks

https://elysiumcostarica.com/add-listing/?listing_type=gd_store&package_id=12
and
https://elysiumcostarica.com/add-listing/?listing_type=gd_store
should be the same if package with ID 12 is set as the default package. Thanks
It looks like you did not update all the URLs.
Is that on a staging site?
Have a look at https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/better-search-replace-plugin/If that is not the issue, please post your URL and WP admin details in a private reply and we will have a look.
Thanks
You are not using a GD theme, but Avada. And the problem comes from the fusion builder used.
Try this CSS [adjust as required]@media only screen and (max-width: 600px) { .maplocationpage {position: initial;} }or ask the person who built the template for you.
Thanks
I alerted one of the developers to have a look. I can see the error but can’t find why.
ThanksI cannot replicate that on my test site.
Please post your URL and WP admin details in a private reply and we will have a look.
Also add the URL of the listing with the video. Thanks
Ok, I alerted Alex to have a look at the progression of that task.

You do not need UsersWP to show favourites/ownership of submissions etc, but you will need UsersWP if you want to show a profile.
It may be simpler to use the “GD > Dashboard” widget to link to listings, favorites and use MemberPress for registration and login.
PS: I am not familiar with MemberPress
Thanks
GD does not have an option to restrict access to the Add Listing page depending on role.
With a plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/members/ you can restrict access to the Add Listing page based on roles.
There are other membership plugins too.
ThanksPlease review https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/faq/troubleshooting/#not-a-valid-csv-file
Thanks
I also just noticed you allow reviews without registration.
You can possibly change your settings at WP Settings > Discussion > Users must be registered and logged in to comment > YesYou are using Buddypress for registration, so all your users at least need to activate their account and therefore are using real email addresses, and they are not robots. They are just desperate people.
I suggest you change this setting: GD > Design > Listings tab > New listing default status > Pending Review.
They have figured out that your setting is set to Publish I guess, if they notice that they are not auto-published anymore, they may move on.
There are some plugins that check against known spammer databases too.
And charging a fee of course will also stop the spammers.
Thanks
