Also, make sure you have permission to send to all your subscribers, unless they have agreed to receive unsolicited emails. They may report your site as a spammer.

Neighborhoods are a United States concept and the Google Map API only works correctly for US neighborhoods.
For most other countries they are a manual option to further divide “cities”.
