Please seek support from Newspaper or tagDiv as to how you can add shortcodes from external plugins to be used in their visual composer.You can access the GD shortcode builder from your pages or posts as per image, but your template builder has no such options, so I suggest you ask them how you can use shortcodes or widgets.

The “proof” shows that you try to click too often on the submit button, so that may be the reason. You only need to click “Submit” once.

Normally GD takes the look and feel from the theme where possible, and there should be no need to create any pages, they are auto created.Thanks
