What popup are you expecting?

You should be able to use V2 with any WP compliant theme. New sites are best started with V2 so you will not need to convert later down the line.
In WP5, V2 uses “blocks” for the GD shortcodes if you use Gutenberg. Using the Classic editor, you will be using shortcodes. They are really the same thing …

But GDF Modern will work with WP5 right? Yes, but not guaranteed with V2 yet.

That is strange, I cannot replicate that on my test sites.
Please post your URL and WP admin details in a private reply and we will have a look at your settings.

Hi Mark, GeoDirectory Framework [GDF} is not ready for V2 yet.
Supreme does not require GDF.
Supreme and V2 and WP5 should work nicely together, but if you get stuck, you know where we are 🙂

I have now reviewed and corrected your files.

They were not in the correct folder:
/wp-content/languages/plugins/geodirectory-es_ES.po and
/wp-content/languages/plugins/geodirectory-es_ES.mo

They were not edited using PoEdit as explained at https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/translate-core/

I uploaded the file from https://wpgeodirectory.com/translate/projects/geodirectory/es/default/ for now because the one you created was not usuable.

It is important to follow all instructions exactly.
