Let us know if you still have questions after that.
Thanks
December 2, 2018 at 9:34 pm in reply to: Disappointed…is there no way for custom post types to use the same categories? #456840If I recall correctly, this was discussed a while ago between the developers as a possible option in V2.
I will get the developers to have a look at your question. It is not solved that easily, because mixing listings with and without addresses requires more than making the fields optional. It affects the category pages and maps and search etc.
Do you just want to give users the option to have the address hidden and the listing not to be shown on maps?
Or do you want absolutely no address required? Thanks
All good 🙂
December 2, 2018 at 12:42 pm in reply to: GD Output Location Shortcut bug on GD Listings Page Template #456792I’ll get the developers to investigate that.
Thanks for reporting.Please review https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/redirecting-the-login-page/
Thanks
“Full width” means “no sidebars”, so I don’t see any problem …
If you want to stretch across the whole browser window, you can add this CSS:
.container { width: 100% !important; }Thanks
You have this CSS in your “Additional CSS” in Customizer:
.gd-search-input-wrapper.gd-search-field-search { display: none!important; }Thanks
Please post your URL and WP admin details in a private reply so we can investigate. Thanks
Not sure which theme you are trying to install.
Supreme V2 needs Directory Starter V2.Possibly you are trying to install the GD V2 plugin as a theme … ?
That is the intention. But V2 is still not 100% stable, so if there are any bugs, let us know in the V2 sub-forums.
That is exactly what I meant.
You should be able to use any non-GD theme, or if you want to use a GD theme, review https://wpgeodirectory.com/try-geodirectory-v2/ where the V2 compatible GD themes are listed. Thanks
You can try adding this CSS:
#primary-nav ul .sub-menu {margin-top: -30px;}December 2, 2018 at 2:07 am in reply to: How to remove the search bar from category archive pages? #456764It may be useful to spend some time at https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/
For example https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/page-design/
Thanks
In that case, delete your database and start a complete new WP site, and do NOT install any V1 plugins.
I cannot replicate that on my test site with Genesis and GD V2.
That is either a server or .htaccess file error it seems: https://www.ktchost.com/blog/redirect-loop-and-limitinternalrecursion-error-message/Please check with your host first, let us know. Thanks.
