I suggest you export your current categories, that should give you all the information you need.

You don’t need to create any yourself, all your custom fields are on the top.
The lower ones are for developers to create their own.Look at the top, you can use text, textfield, select, radio, multiselect etc etc.
You just need to click on them and they will move to the right.You can add it to GD > Design > Scripts > “Custom style css code”

I was able to log in, and add a listing.
If you mean that no-one can register, I fixed this setting: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/basic-installation/#anyonePlease give details including URLs of any page we need to investigate still.

All your custom fields are there to the left.

You are using the correct license from https://wpgeodirectory.com/your-account/ ?
Did you start a new V2 site, or did you use the converter to go from V1 to V2? Just changing the plugins from V1 to V2 will not work, you need to use the converter in that case.
